Privacy Policy
Synx AS runs this website. This page explains what we receive when you write to us or join the newsletter, and what we do with it.
Who this covers
Synx tools is the public site for Synx AS. It describes the tools used to configure, secure, and operate a Real Time Web domain: Synx BIOS, Synx DNS, Synx Pass, and Skalle AI. Morph Space is how people and organizations join that network. This policy covers this website, the contact form, and the newsletter.
What you send us
If you use the contact form, we receive the company, name, email address, reason, and message you type. We use that to read your note and reply.
If you join the newsletter, we receive the email address you enter. We use it to send news about Synx. You can ask us to stop, through the contact form.
What we do not do
We do not sell this information. We do not use it for advertising profiles. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Running the site
The site is hosted so it can be delivered to you. A host may keep short technical logs, such as an address and a time, to keep the service available and to deal with abuse. Those logs are not a marketing list.
How long we keep it
We keep a contact message for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of that conversation. We keep a newsletter address until you ask us to remove it, or until we stop sending the newsletter.
Your requests
You can ask what we hold from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page. If you are in the European Economic Area, you can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page.
